India 15 August 2016: Enjoy the delectable Parsi fare at Saptami the multi-cuisine all day dining restaurant at Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport Saptami, where the executive chef, Sudhir Pai will be showcasing traditional Parsi delicacies, for both vegetarians as well as non vegetarian food lovers.
Parsi cuisine is a mix of Persian food with a Gujarati influence in it and the combination is eclectic. Some of the starters on the spread are Chutney wala Papeta (Baby potatoes cooked with Coriander and Mint paste), Cauliflower saiwoo, Chicken Farcha etc. The main course dishes include Pork Vindaloo (Pork cooked with vinegar and coconut paste), Sali ma Margi (Chicken cooked in onion tomato gravy), Fish Patio ( Fish cooked in sweet and sour sauce), Patra Ni Machi etc.
The traditional desserts served will consist of Sagan ni Sev ( Vermicelli cooked with milk and flavored with rose water), Mithu dahi (Sweet Curd), Ravo (Semolina cooked with milk and dry fruits) etc.
