India 29 August 2016: Shiro has been bringing you a spectacular Pan-Asian fare for almost a decade now along with stunning décor, soothing ambience and unique cocktails. This time around, Shiro is celebrating the rich culture of Singapore with an incredibly delicious limited edition menu until September 11th, 2016 at their UB City outlet.
The culinary team at Shiro has handcrafted a spectacular menu helmed by Chef Priyank Singh Chauhan with dishes created around one’s favourite Singapore flavours. Each dish has been created with utmost precision in order to highlight the flavours while heightening your dining experience.
So what’s on the menu? A delicious Gado salad with peanut dressing, golden fried Tofu in chilli sambal sauce and Stir fry cashew vegetables tossed in hoisin, oyster and soy sauce ,Cashew chicken, Grilled chicken Satay, Black pepper prawns as appetizers. The mains include mildly spiced coconut flavoured Laksa soup with noodles, the flavourful Hainanese chicken rice and poached chicken served with soy, sesame oil & chilli dip and Mi goreng noodles. Adding to this tempting array are dishes like Singaporean chilli crab, the country’s favourite mud crabs cooked in savoury tomato and chilli based sauce, with mantou buns and Lamb Rendang. This food menu can be paired with Singapore Sling drink, a tempting combination of exotic blend of gin, cointreau & brandy flavoured with pineapple juice, angostura bitter and lime juice.
