Bangalore, September 14, 2016: CREDAI-Benguluru will host its much awaited Home Expo 2016 at Hotel Shangri-la on 17th and 18th September 2016. This comes close on the heels of the recently concluded exhibition at Hotel Park Plaza, Marathahalli that saw a record number of prospective home buyer visitors. The management of CREDAI-Bengaluru has long since understood the needs of a prospective home buyer and the dearth of platforms that bring together quality properties and financial institutions for a person to explore. It is to address these requirements that the annual Home Expo is held in two editions at two locations across the city.
This Expo at Shangri-la will feature 31 builders and 3 financial institutions, each of whom will have personnel interacting with prospective consumers and addressing all their queries.
One of the main USPs of this Expo is the fact that the venue of the exhibition is a centrally located one, enabling people from all around its radius to come forward and explore properties. Back to back expo was a concept developed by CREDAI in 'Taking Expo to the customer'. Given the hectic pace of life, this ease of access is most appreciated, especially since it takes place on a weekend. This Expo will have approximately 200 properties on display, from all across the city, giving people a good deal of choice to choose from.
Speaking on the upcoming event, Mr. Suresh Hari, Secretary, CREDAI Bangalore says, “We have always wanted to provide people with choice of quality properties that follow the stringent rules of CREDAI. Our Home Expos have always been welcomed and the response has always been phenomenal. It is a single platform that brings together prospective buyers, builders with properties and finance institutions. Effective interaction ensures that people get a good deal, some offers of which are also specific to sign-ons that happen at the Expo”.
This exhibition will be open to public from 10.30. AM to 8 PM
