21st September, 2016, Bangalore: My Indian Oven, the gourmet restaurant at My Fortune, Bengaluru, presents the Kebab and Kofta festival. Treat yourself to a fabulous culinary journey of traditional and mordern Indian kebabs and Koftas.
A menu designed to cater to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, this festival will offer scrumptious Kebabs such as Hare Moong Ki Galouti, Arbi Til Ki Nazakat, Subz Goolar, Tandoori Jhinga, Charminar Ki Seekh, Raan-E-Murgh and Aatish-E-Seekh to name a few. All Kebabs are served with pounded onion, cilantro chutney and poppy chilly.
Palak aur Anjeer ke kofte
The Koftas will include dishes such as the Nadru Kofta, Palak Kofta, Alibukhara Kofta, Mahi Kofta, Murgh Phaldari Kofta and Kofte Ka Surkh Salan. All koftas will be served along with a choice of freshly baked traditional Indian bread or steamed rice, dal and youghurt.
