29th September, 2016: This Friday, @TwitterIndia launches a new mentorship series, #AskTheMentor, as part of its ongoing digital campus program which is focused on bringing #CampusLife alive life on Twitter. The mentorship series will give students a chance to interact in real time with mentors and leaders in Indian society on Twitter, and to learn from the mentor’s life experiences.
The series kickstarts on Friday, 30th September at 4 pm and the first mentor on the series is Venky Mysore (@VenkyMysore), CEO, Red Chillies and Kolkata Knight Riders, who will answer questions from students across the country via Twitter’s Q&A video app. Students can Tweet their questions to @VenkyMysore using the hashtag #AskTheMentor.
Speaking on this initiative, Aneesh Madani (@aneeshmadani), Head of Sports and Education Partnerships, Twitter India says, “Twitter is live, public and conversational, and gives you direct access to leaders in society around the world. Students can follow them to learn from their career experiences every day.
