Dubai, UAE, October 10, 2016: The five-star Ghaya Grand Hotel, in Dubai’s International Media Production Zone, is reviving one of their finest in-house restaurants, Fusion.
The recently opened 150-seat multi-cuisine restaurant will offer stunning recipes from around the world, all under one roof.
Specialty chefs will create unique dishes for all tastes, including Far Eastern and Asian cuisines. Guests will also be treated to a live cooking station offering wok, tandoor, and oven cooking specialities.
The spread of dishes at Fusion is outstanding, stated Abhishek Waghulde, Food & Beverage Director at the Ghaya Grand Hotel. “We cater for all local and international audiences and we are proud to offer everyone that comes through the door with exceptional hospitality. The revival of Fusion caters to many different tastes, and the delicacies on offer reflect the uniqueness and warmth of the Ghaya Grand Hotel.”
The restaurant will have theme based nights six days a week where customers can relish special delicacies- From day long brunches on Fridays with roasted specialities and access to the pool to fresh catch seafood night specials on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The restaurant will have Asian nights with Indian delicacies of curry and tandoor along with wok fried and dimsum bar every Monday and Tuesday and customers can relish Fusion Sushi nights on Saturdays.
The restaurant will be operational all days from 6.00 pm – 11.00 pm on Mondays to Saturdays and 12.30 pm to 4.00 pm on Fridays and with a budgeted dining on AED 250 for two persons.
