Starting November 1, 2016 the promotion will continue for fifteen days and promises to once again take the pizza aficionados by storm.
What makes this more exciting is Chef Ciro Sorrentino’s expertise as the expert Pizzaiolo at La Piazza. Being the third generation Pizza maker in the family and owing to his vast, global experience of over sixteen years, Chef Ciro brings with him his unique recipes, scrumptious flavours and intense knowledge of market trends of pizza making. A major part of Chef Ciro’s life has been spent in discovering innovative ways to make pizzas with his unique style with details and he is ready to thrill the city with some exceptional Italian flavours.
The promotional menu offers an exquisite collection of pizzas including 5 stagioni, Fritta, V Verdure, V Funghi, Tirolese, Positano, Pollo and over eight other varieties of mouth watering pizzas.

Chef Ciro Sorrentino – Expert Pizzaiolo, La Piazza

Chef Ciro Sorrentino is the expert Pizza chef at La Piazza, Delhi’s one of the first Italian trattoria style dining restaurant that recently celebrated its 22nd year. Chef Ciro has already rendered his experience of over sixteen years in the industry at this young age.
Realizing his love for making pizzas at an early age, Chef Ciro started at young age of 13 to convert his passion into profession. Having worked with famous international restaurants and pizzerias, he brings with him a rich experience from across the world. Chef Ciro is a trained pizzaiolo with expert knowledge in different kinds of pizza dough including Neapolitan S.T.G, Romana, Gluten Free, Poolisch; Biga and Long Processing Dough Fermentation.
Chef Ciro holds a diploma- Bar and Waiter, having being trained as a Commis Waiter at Embassy restaurant, Tramontana restaurant and Tarabacco restaurant in the years 2003, 2004 and 2005 respectively. He also holds a high school diploma – “Tecnico attivita ialberghiero’ in Rimini. To further enhance his skills, Chef Ciro did a professional course in Acrobatic Pizza (free style) and Pizza Art. Post the programs, he also worked as an instructor-teacher at PizzaNews School where trained his students in Pizza making and Pizza Art.
Having worked at famous pizzerias like La Tramontana, Il Tarabacco, Rossopomodoro and Dai Toscani among others and driven by his love for pizza making, the chef aims to gain more global experience before starting his own business. He also dreams of becoming a professional consultant for pizza and bread.
