A unique alternative to the traditional MBA, the Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is designed to prepare women with potential to achieve fulfilling careers. It is an 18-month, full-time, residential, postgraduate programme with a re-imagined curriculum carefully crafted for women to navigate 21st century’s professional challenges.

 The Programme has courses under the four tracks of Management Practice, Liberal Arts, Thinking & Communicating and Personal Growth and Leadership. Vedica offers world class faculty hand-picked from leading academic and professional institutions across the world such as Standford University, IIM Bangalore, Boston Consulting Group, Max Healthcare, and many others. The unique ‘Shadow a Woman CEO’ programme, an integral part of the Programme, offers a distinctive opportunity for each Vedica Scholar to work closely with and learn from an accomplished senior woman professional for a month. The Programme comprises of a series of mentorship programmes, classroom leanings, seminars and facilitated discussions which help the Scholars discover their authentic styles of leadership.  Vedica is committed to grooming benchmark professionals and to that end, offers thorough placement support and guarantees a career of distinction to every Scholar, based on her interests and skill set.
