T. Shamsi and Samuel Badree - the youngest at home but the fastest on the cricket field

Bengaluru, April 27th, 2017: The Fastest Global sportswear brand in the World PUMA, today hosted the first edition of the PUMA Cricket Studio for 2017 - an offbeat interactive session where cricketers share their behind-the-scenes stories with fans. The event, hosted at the PUMA 100ft Store, Bangalore, saw cricketers Samuel Badree and T. Shamsi share stories from both on and off-the field, that kept fans and consumers entertained.

T. Shamsi shared the story of how his career took a different turn at the age of sixteen. Originally wanting to become a magician, he switched careers and let cricket take over. On field, he plays his bowling tricks on batsmen, and off field he plays magic tricks on his team mates.

Cricket is all about dedication and commitment, and having the right coach. For Samuel Badree the best advice he got was ‘not to take too much advice’. He also remembered his first game for this season with Royal Challengers Bangalore, where he took a hat trick.
