Bangalore, 18th May, 2017: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), Karnataka chapter is all set to launch a members-only online property portal at the upcoming Youth Next Conclave inaugural session on the 19th May 2017 in Belgaum. This marketing portal has been designed and developed by CREDAI-Karnataka and will feature projects of all members of CREDAI, along with all of the information related to their projects. Customers will be able to interact with individual builders to clarify doubts and to understand projects better.

Speaking on the launch of this portal, Mr. Jagdeesh Babu, President, CREDAI-Karnataka says, “This portal has been developed by CREDAI-Karnataka and is the first of its kind for the body. The idea is to launch this at the state level for now and possibly take up the initiative at an all-India level at a little later stage”.

Elaborating on the need for a marketing portal of this nature, Mr. Nagaraj Reddy, Chairman, CREDAI-Karnataka says, “We believed that it would be a good idea to have a singular portal that has all the projects of our members on a single platform. This will help potential customers not only from India, but also abroad look for projects that suit their needs and make enquiries directly with the builder”.

Speaking on the benefits of this portal, Mr. Suresh Hari, Secretary, CREDAI-Bengaluru and Chairman CREDAI Homes Portal says, “Since this will be a portal that has only CREDAI projects and members showcased on it, it becomes a single platform of quality products and simplifies a potential home buyer’s research process. We have tried to minimize cluttering of browsing space and at the same time give relevant information of members project.  Members micro sites will be accessible. Also visitor to the site can contact accessed members directly for negotiation and closure”.
