~Receives 2 awards and sets benchmark for having the best workplace culture

~Amongst the best in FMCG industry; Rank 24 amongst India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces 2017


New Delhi, 22nd August, 2017: Following the best workplace and people practices, FieldFresh Foods, a joint venture between Bharti Enterprises & Del Monte Pacific Limited, has been felicitated with 2 prestigious awards from the Great Place to Work® for the year 2017. Recognized amongst the 600 organizations spanning across 20 industries who participated in the awards Great Place to Work® Institute has ranked FieldFresh Foods on the 24th position, amongst the 50 best workplaces as Mid-Sized Workplaces. For industry sector wise rankings, FieldFresh Foods has been recognized amongst the best in the FMCG category.

The Great Place to Work® Institute has an objective methodology of assessing workplace culture that has been adopted by thousands of organizations, globally. It primarily uses 2 lenses to evaluate and identify the best cultures. The first lens measures the quality of employee experience through globally validated survey instrument known as Trust Index©. The survey helps in seeking anonymous feedback from employees. The second lens is called the Culture Audit©, a proprietary tool of the Institute that evaluates the people practices of an organization, covering the entire employee life-cycle. Using these two lenses, Great Place to Work Institute has recognized the 50 best workplaces as ‘India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces 2017’ from organizations having an employee strength between 100-500, and 100 best workplaces as ‘India’s Best Companies To Work For- 2017’ from organizations having an employee strength of more than 500 and represent 20 industry sectors.
