Schneider Electric showcases Integrated Solutions at Smart Cities India 2015 Expo

New Delhi, 20 May 2015: Schneider Electric – the global energy management specialist and leader in energy efficiency – is actively participating at the Smart Cities India 2015 Expo in Pragati Maidan from 20-22 May 2015. The Company has approached the 2015 edition with the knowhow and experience gleaned from 250-plus projects it is presently working on in cities across the world, which will be showcased at its stand, covering settings as diverse as smart public services, enhancing the efficiency of cities and progress in optimizing energy use.

Schneider Electric demonstrated their integrated operations ability via the Command Control Centre that acts as a centralised meeting point for all services – from communications and surveillance to observation – and allows users to integrate, manage and maintain all operations from a single point. The Command Control Centre solution achieves smart city goals of operational efficiency, higher resilience, quicker response and improved customer satisfaction in one integrated system.

Schneider also demonstrated solutions for power and IT segments with the introduction of a new integrated system platform, Wonderware, which enables production and industrial operations to synchronize with business objectives and achieve speed, flexibility as well as sustained profitability. Wonderware software delivers significant cost benefits for designing, building, deploying and maintaining robust applications for manufacturing and infrastructure operations.
