Q1 FY 2016-2017 – Consolidated Results  Revenues declined by 2% on YoY basis to Rs 475.5 million  EBITDA declined YoY from Rs 47.5 million to Rs (34.1) million  PAT declined YoY from Rs 4.4 million to Rs (54.8) million

PUNE, August 5, 2016: Quick Heal Technologies Limited (“Quick Heal”), India’s leading IT Security Software Products and Solutions provider, reported its results for the first quarter of the financial year ending 31st March, 2017.

Key Highlights  

 Revenue from Retail, Enterprise & Government and Mobile segments accounted for 70.8%, 27.2% and 2.1% of total revenues respectively in Q1 FY17. Enterprise & Government and Mobile segment has displayed growth of 67.9% and 40% respectively.

We have been observing substantial awareness around the need for the security products and solutions. Key Achievements / Developments  Best Antivirus, 9th NCN Most Innovative Product of the Year Award  Best Make in India Brand, 14th VARINDIA IT Forum     Launch of ‘Quick Heal Academy’ which will provide education services by working closely with universities, law enforcement agencies, and education institutions. The academy will design programs which will help in building a strong talent pool of Cyber Security Professionals in the country
 Launch of ‘Seqrite Services’ which will provide cyber security consulting by offering a wide range of Managed Security Services including Cyber Audit and Cyber Forensic, Security Consulting and Security Operations Centre (SoC) to Enterprises and Government organisations. ‘Seqrite Services’ will be an arm of ‘Seqrite’, the Enterprise Security brand by Quick Heal.
