Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components and a spicy edge.  Intricate attention to detail,  texture; color; taste; and the use of ingredients with medicinal benefits, as well as good flavor are some of the hall marks of this cuisine. Thai cuisine is one of the most popular cuisines in the world. In 2011, seven of Thailand's popular dishes appeared on the list of the "World's 50 Most Delicious Foods (Readers' Pick)"— a worldwide online poll of 35,000 people by CNN Travel.

The menu comprise of  vegetarian starters such as Hued grob (Crisp fried mushrooms in Thai style black pepper sauce) , Phad kra prao khao phod warn (Baby corns and broccoli tossed with  garlic, sweet basil and chilies)etc. The  non vegetarians can relish Gai yang (Chicken leg marinated in curry paste, coconut milk, Thai herbs and pan-fried), Koong phad kaprao (Prawns tossed with garlic, kha ginger, fresh red chilies and basil leaves ), Kra thong kai (Minced chicken filled in pastry cup with garlic, chilies, lemongrass & kaffir lime leaf).


Some of the veg main course preparations include  Gaeng jued woon sen je (Spicy red curry with crushed peanuts water chestnut, baby corn, snow peas, cauliflower and kaffir lime leaves),  Phad hed prik pok choi ((Sauted pokchoy & shitake mushrooms with chilies, garlic, basil&soya)

Non veg main course delights comprise of Koong phad poong ((Prawns with curry powder, chili paste, sweet basil and egg drop) Gaeng phed kai yang (Roasted chicken in Thai red curry with cherry tomatoes &basil), Gaeng phed sub pa rod gai (Chicken red curry with pineapple, cherry tomatoes and basil leaves)


The festival will also have some of the best rice and noodle preparations such as khao phad prik gaeng kai  (spicy chicken fried rice with curry paste eggs, bell peppers, long beans, bamboo shoots and sweet basil) ,  guay teow pad kai (flat rice noodle with cherry tomatoes, baby corn, chicken, eggs, pimentos, bamboo shoots, bail &garlic) etc.

The desserts display will have popular items such as  Tab tib grob  (Water chestnut in sweet coconut milk), Khanom chan (A multi-colored pudding of layers of sticky rice flour and tapioca flour mixed with coconut milk and sugar), Khanom mo kaeng,  (A sweet baked pudding containing coconut milk, eggs, palm sugar and flour, sprinkled with sweet fried onions.), Khao niao mamuang  (Sticky rice cooked in sweetened thick coconut milk, served with slices of ripe mango).
