Ola Auto has become synonymous with short rides use cases in the 73 cities it operates in. We believe that we are still scratching the surface and there is a lot more opportunity to help partners grow their business on the Ola platform. With initiatives like these, we are looking to provide an opportunity for our driver partners to realise their true potential as entrepreneurs and grow with Ola.”

Kathirvel J, winner of Har Din Lakhpati, Chennai, said, “Since the time I have joined Ola, I have seen a steady growth in income and this has helped improve the standard of living for me and my family. Like Ola’s many other large initiatives, this one has been the talk of the town amongst driver partners.” He further added, “I was lucky to be the lakhpati last week. I am extremely  thrilled and hope that my hardworking colleagues also become lakhpatis through this initiative.”

Ola has rolled out multiple programs for the driver partner community that enables them to earn better and encourages micro-entrepreneurship. Ola also creates engagement programs from time to time, like Ola Partners League (OPL), partnership with cricket academies to offer scholarships to driver partners’ children, and helping drivers file their income tax returns.
