The much-loved Pan Asian food festival at NHA is showcasing the Asian cuisine and celebrating the philosophy of Food, Fun, Taste and Innovation. The chefs at Novotel Hyderabad Airport have planned the menu with great detailing. The fest focuses on new palettes, newly engineered tastes and will take Asian food patrons on a culinary adventure with a blend of flavors never thought possible.

This food fest is a perfect melting pot of mouthwatering experiences and scrumptious delights from across the world. Chef Varun M.B will cook famous dishes of different countries with his own twist in the kitchen. The menu boasts a colourful and enjoyable selection of flavours such as prawn tempura, Ikan bakar   (Indonesian style grilled fish), Hunan prawns, uirmeg mongol  khurgany ( crispy stir fried  lamb ), Spinach gomaae, Alimango salad (Crab salad), maeun jjin dalg (spicy braised chicken), zhima chao shucai (sesame stir fried vegetables), Gai yang  ( thai grilled chicken) etc.
The pan-Asian cuisine is among the most popular cuisines and this festival by Novotel Hyderabad Airport is designed with an objective to provide an opportunity to city foodies to come and discover tastes from the rich vault of Asian kitchen and experience the aromatic flavour from the Asian regions.
