1. Arthritis

Arthritis is the inflammation of your joints. There’re many different types of arthritis, but the most common ones are rheumatoid and osteoarthritis arthritis. The type of arthritis that causes back pain is osteoarthritis. It affects the joints in the spine and reduces the area around the spinal cord.  It's known as spinal stenosis. As a result, you will experience an excruciating backache. Ensure that you exercise the right way.

4. Bulging disk

Disks, which are between the vertebrae, are made up of soft material. The soft material can bust and press the nerves and once squeezed, pain becomes inevitable.

Many things can cause disk rapture. One of them is exercising the wrong way. For example, squatting can cause pressure on the disk and cause it to bust.  The rupture can also occur during spine X-ray. Once the disk ruptures, you are bound to experience a lot of pain and with this, you can’t go about your usual daily activities.
