Geri, at the same time also pointed out that she disagrees with the amount of pressure placed on new mothers to get back into shape after giving child.

After pregnancy engaging in strenuous exercises is not advisable, So we have compiled a list of 3 simple yoga poses that will you can do for quick weight loss after giving birth.

#1. Cobra pose

Reclining back-bending pose Bhujangasana or Cobra Pose is an exercise pose used in hatha yoga and contemporary yoga. This asana can also be performed in Surya Namaskar, where it is substituted for Urdhva Mukha Svanasana. This Yoga pose is perfect to do to lose post pregnancy weight as it boosts your overall energy and makes you feel more energetic.

#2. Bow pose

In hatha yoga, Dhanurasana, the Bow Pose, is a backbending asana that's part of a larger regimen of yoga exercises. The Bow Pose targets the back muscles to strengthen them. This pose will help in stretching the Abdomen, Thorax, Thigh, Ankle, Inguinal region, Throat, Psoas major muscle, Front of the body.

#3. Tiger pose

A wonderful spine-stretching workout is performed by doing the tiger pose. This pose helps in opening up the hips and thighs. So this is particularly effective for people who have lower back discomfort who have a regular employment that provides a desk job. It’s similar to cat-cow stretch but witha variation of one leg and one hand.
