As of July 2021 Alexis Sablone is now placed 12th in the world. Since 2009 Alexis Sablone has taken part in every X Games competition the World Skateboarding Championship, and skated on the Dew Tour. In the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo Alexis Sablone had participated where she came fourth in the women's street race finals. Along with professional skateboarder she has done her education where she has a Master's degree in Architecture from MIT. She is staying in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
Alexis Sablone started to teach herself how to skate in her mother's garage at the age 9 years by watching outdated VHS films and imitating what she saw. She went to The Country School in Madison, Connecticut, which was close by, where she met other skateboarders. In her first competition, an all-girls skate jam in Rhode Island when she was 12 years of age Alexis Sablone came in second place, earning her a spot on the team.
The next year, she competed in another skate competition in New Jersey, which she was victorious in. At the time, Alexis Sablone was skating in Madison, Connecticut when she met Kris Markovich, who was working for Element. After meeting Kris Markovich the company invited her to compete in a skate competition in Huntington Beach, California, where she rolled her ankle and finally agreed she would never compete in another contest again.
Alexis Sablone later went to Woodward Camp, a summer camp in Pennsylvania that is world-renowned for its gymnastics, action sports and cheerleading program, among other things. She started to travel to Boston on weekends to skate, with the release of PJ Ladd's Wonderful, Horrible, Life, that 16-year-old Sablone gained her attention until 2002.
